Terms & Conditions
Items designed to incorporate cremated remains (ashes), hair, fur, personal pictires, fingerprints or similiar-
we promise to take great care of these items for you and keep them securely.
We cannot guarantee the security of these materials and the finished product whilst they are in the procession of any delivery company.
Whilst any materials and finished goods are of huge emotional value to you, that cannot be reflected in our liability.
All items in transit will be well insured, however liability will be restricted to the market value or cost of the items concerned.
We recommend keeping some additional material stored for the long term as assurance against you wanting additional items or replacing something if you are unfortunate to ,lose an item.
Engraving
Most of our jewellery can be engraved. The amount of engraving is subject to free space available on each specific item.
We cannot be responsible for any errors in the information you may send to us such as spellings, capitalisation, punctuation, bracketing etc.
Corrections
In the unlikely event that any item you purchase is defective then we will replace or correct it and return it to you as soon as reasonably possible.
However, once you have signed for receipt of the goods in good condition we cannot accept repairs as a chargeable service unless defective workmanship or materials are clearly evident.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order as these items are specifically made for you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times quoted are estimates only. Since most items are individually made the delivery time will depend upon their order stack at the time.
Once an order has a confirmed delivery that time will be honoured. In some cases, a faster delivery can be secured but that will be at an additional cost.
